Returns and exchange details
For customized products, unfortunately due to their nature we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the design process has begun. However, we believe in happy customers so please discuss any issues you have with your order, and we will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction.
For non-customized products, we do accept returns within 3 business days of delivery. Please message us first that you will be returning the product, and once it has been received back, unused and in its original condition, then a refund, less shipping charges, will be issued. Return shipping charges are also the responsibility of the customer unless a mistake was made on our part.
